10th JSRPT Congress 2024 Niigata

STEP1

  • Before registration, please read carefully the abstract submission rules and guidelines described on this page and the information to be announced on the convention website. Please note we are not responsible for any trouble caused by not reading the instructions.

I. Application requirements

  1. Anyone is eligible for application if the research contributes to physical therapy.
  2. Abstract submission is free for members of the Japanese Physical Therapy Association (JPTA). Non-member physiotherapists of JPTA must pay the abstract submission fee of 10,000 yen (excluding tax) per person, no matter whether the person is a principal presenter or a co-presenter. Members who suspend their membership are also subject to the abstract submission fee payment. Those who do not have a physical therapist license in Japan and those with a physical therapist license abroad are not charged the abstract submission fee, but they have to pay the conference registration fee.

Ⅱ. Restriction on application for the first speaker

  • There is no limitation in the number of abstracts registered as first speakers. However, the point to updating the Certificated PT or Specialist PT can only be given for one presentation, even though multiple subjects were presented.

STEP2

Ⅲ. Notes on application

  • Please ensure that the contents of the abstract submitted and the actual presentation are the same.
  1. Do not submit abstracts similar in content or submitted to or published by other academic societies or magazines. If these facts are discovered after the adoption of the abstract, that abstract may be canceled.
  2. Since the item [Ethical consideration] is set as an independent abstract input frame for this conference, you can enter minimum facility names only in this field (e.g., approved by Physical Therapy University Ethics Committee (approval number: ○○ ○○), etc.).
Please consider the privacy policy, such as not describing information (person's name, facility name, etc.) that would be detrimental to the research subject in other fields. [Ethical consideration] will be published in the abstracts and used for an abstract review, and it will also be included in the abstract word count.
  3. Please be aware that the speaker takes full responsibility for all of the notes indicated above (items 1 to 3).
  4. The copyright of abstracts belongs to the association and the principal speaker. The abstracts will be published online.
  5. You cannot cancel the registration or change the registered contents after the abstract submission period.
  6. When the principal speaker cannot make a presentation, the co-speaker should make the presentation.
  7. We regard the change of the presenter as a proxy presentation by the co-speaker. Only the principal presenter can register the presentation as lifelong learning points (points for presentation) of the JPTA (neither double issuance nor sharing by speakers is possible).
  8. If you cannot make a presentation on the day, please note that the registration of the speaker for the academic conferences next year, including co-speakers, may not be permitted.
  9. Please submit your application after obtaining the approval of the co-speaker. Please note that the co-speakers will take the same responsibilities as the principal speaker.

  1. Attention and Requests regarding the use of E-mail
    • All e-mails related to the abstract registration will be sent to the account with which the abstract was registered. We may send important notices, so please occasionally check your E-mail box. Therefore, please do not change your E-mail address until the end of this conference.

Therefore, when a member registers his/her account, please make sure to enter the correct membership number in half-width characters (8-digit number starting from 1) in the field. If an incorrect number is entered, notice of the adoption/rejection of the abstract may be significantly delayed due to the confirmation process.
